We first worked with Mat and the team at Kinn Collective when opening Roganic. We loved the designs and aesthetics of Odd Standard’s pieces; they complimented our style of cooking perfectly and it soon became noticeable that the durability was excellent. We took the decision to design a bespoke range with Kinn Collective and Odd Standard for L’Enclume. This range now runs throughout the meal and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
